we're you're having! I can't decide if I miss it or not. I must say, though, that the weather in Colorado this time of year is never boring. I miss all of you (and even Colorado)!

What wild, wacky weather

Last weather post
...promise. The DoDDS commander (superintendent) sent everyone home early yesterday. Good thing, too. This happened yesterday afternoon about 500 feet from the school! An entire section of the roof blew off of this building.

I'm being followed
"This weather is unusual," is what everyone has been telling me today. But then again, three major snowstorms in three weeks is unusual. I am watching the wind blow shingles off the roof of the building next to the school. School is out early today and there is talk of a "Wind Day" (a la Snow Day) tomorrow. I hope not.
Methinks the bad weather is following me. Stupidweather.

Here we go again.
The weather people are forecasting another big storm starting later today. Naturally, I have stuff going on. My rents are planning on coming up to help me move out of my apartment. But if this weather does what it looks like it's going to do, they won't make it up. Grrr.
I know it is pointless to bitch about the weather, because there is nothing we can do about it. But that's what pisses me off about it.
Stupidweather.

Snowed in
I'm sure most of you have heard/read about the "Holiday Blizzard 2006." Some of you are buried in 2+ feet of snow, as I am! Thankfully, I made it to Jared's and Tanis' before it got too bad. It's so much nicer to spend a blizzard with friends in a house with a fireplace! Much better than being stranded in Sandalwood, anyway! Jared and I just came in from shoveling the driveway. We took pictures, so I'll have those up shortly. If you're stuck, stay warm. Otherwise, go for a drive and be thankful you can!
PS: In case you're counting (I'm not): 18 days until Germany!
Update: Jared posted some pictures.
