Some background for those of you who don't know about this: Gerhardt Schroeder (former German Chancellor) was signing autographs and said "Grab me another bottle of beer or I'll go on strike and stop writing!" (Hol mir ma' ne Flasche Bier sonst streick ich hier und schreibe nicht weiter!) Stefan Raab (kind of a German equivalent to Jay Leno or David Letterman) mixed this song and video of Schroeder and a bunch of other German politicians. It's funny even if you don't speak German!
